Welcome to Tri-Tech Pros! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, custom computer sales, IT consulting/support, software development, networking solutions, data conversion services, and any related offerings (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Services. Using our Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Tri-Tech Pros offers custom-built computers, IT consulting and support, custom software development, networking solutions, and data conversion services. All Services are subject to availability and may change at our discretion. Pricing and details are provided on our website or through direct communication.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when ordering or engaging with our Services.
• Compliance: You will use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

• Pricing: Fees for Services are as listed on our website or provided in project agreements. Discounts, if applicable, will be clearly stated.
• Payment: Payments are due at the time of order or as outlined in service agreements via accepted payment methods.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy for Custom Computers:
  • All custom computer sales are final.
  • Customers may cancel an order within 48 hours of placement, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • If an item has shipped before the 48-hour cancellation window, the customer must return it at their own expense to an address provided by Tri-Tech Pros. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to ensure it is unused and in original condition. A refund, minus the 15% restocking fee, will be issued if the item meets these conditions.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy for Other Services:
  • All sales for software, IT consulting, networking solutions, and data conversion services are final and non-refundable.
  • For subscription-based or recurring services, customers may cancel before the renewal date at any time by contacting us. No refunds will be issued for partial service periods.
• Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Services with notice. If we cancel, you will receive a refund or credit at our discretion.

The only warranty offered for custom computers is the standard manufacturer’s warranty for individual parts. Tri-Tech Pros will honor these warranties on behalf of the manufacturer. If an issue arises, we will first provide remote assistance to diagnose the problem and determine if the product needs to be returned for repair or replacement (RMA) within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Any repair or replacement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning parts for RMA, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

All software, designs, documentation, and materials provided by Tri-Tech Pros are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them solely for the purposes outlined in your service agreement. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tri-Tech Pros, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ends immediately.

Our Services may involve third-party platforms or hardware (e.g., software vendors or component suppliers). We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tri-Tech Pros is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
